Each practice will incorporate unique ways to integrate blocks into your practice and teaching.
You'll receive a 10-25 minute practice each day for every day in January, delivered right to your inbox. These practices are designed to be brief to fit into your morning routine, though you can practice them at any point in your day when you have a few minutes.
If you find consistency in coming to the mat difficult, this is the series for you.
Decision fatigue is phased out with practices built to make you feel good, like a burst of movement freshness.
And if you don't get to the class, that's okay. You can move onto the next class or you have a week to practice it before the class expires. The goal isn't necessarily to practice for 31 days but rather to give yourself the opportunity to move with more frequency and in a way that is joyful for your body.
