This unique 30-day challenge is designed to help you explore the versatile uses of the yoga strap in your practice and teaching. You'll dive into a variety of styles, including hatha, vinyasa, restorative and more, discovering new ways to enhance your mind-body connection by using a yoga strap.
Each day from September 1st to September 30th, you'll receive a 10-25 minute practice delivered right to your inbox. These brief but powerful sessions are perfect for fitting into your morning routine, or you can practice them at any point in your day when you have a few minutes.
How does the challenge work? You're never penalized for not practicing. If you miss a class, no worries! Each class expires 7 days after it's published, giving you plenty of time to catch up without feeling overwhelmed or to completely skip the class if you're not into it. You can always repeat one of your favorites from the week instead.
The goal isn't necessarily to practice every single day, but to give yourself the opportunity to move more frequently and in a way that brings joy to your body and curiosity to your brain.
These practices are suitable for both beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners. Join me for a month of mini-practices that will lift your heart, restore your serenity, and bring joy and creativity back into your practice and yoga teaching.
