You'll receive a 10-25 minute practice each day for the month of October, delivered straight to your inbox. This compilation of movement practices are specifically designed to improve your body awareness, challenge it and then give you space to breathe, flow and restore. The best part is you can practice them at any point in your day when you have a few minutes.
If you find consistent practice is difficult, this is the series for you. You'll receive 6 somatic, strength, pranayama, flow and restorative classes threaded together throughout the month for optimal effectiveness for strength, mobility and recovery.
Decision fatigue is phased out with practices built to make you feel good, like a burst of movement freshness. And if you don't get to the class, that's okay. You can move onto the next class. Each class expires 7 days after it is released so you'll have an opportunity to practice the class again if you enjoyed it or practice multiple classes in a day if time allows for you.
The goal isn't necessarily to practice for 31 days but rather to give yourself the opportunity to try or do yoga with more frequency and in a way that is joyful for your body.
These classes are for those new to yoga as well as those who have been at it for years. Join me this fall for mini practices to fill your heart and body with joyful and restful movement.
Props: You'll need resistance bands (borrow from the gym or get some here), 2 blocks, blankets and a bolster (or sturdy pillow). Not every class will involve all of these props but you will see them scattered throughout the practices.
