Rejuvenate your body and mind with this 31-day yoga challenge, featuring your most comfortable prop - the Bolster!
Each practice will incorporate unique ways to integrate bolsters into your practice and teaching. And no, this will not be 31 days or restorative practices. You'll explore many unique ways to incorporate a bolster that go beyond restorative yoga (but of course there will be some of that too!) You're not going to want to miss this.
You'll receive a 10-25 minute practice each day for every day in March, delivered right to your inbox. These practices are designed to be brief to fit into your morning routine, though you can practice them at any point in your day when you have a few minutes.
If you find consistency in coming to the mat difficult, this is the series for you.
Decision fatigue is phased out with practices built to make you feel good, like a burst of movement freshness.
And if you don't get to the class, that's okay. You can move onto the next class or you have a week to practice it before the class expires. The goal isn't necessarily to practice for 31 days but rather to give yourself the opportunity to move with more frequency and in a way that is joyful for your body.
These practices are for those new to yoga as well as those who have been at it for years. Join me for a blossoming month of mini practices sure to lift your heart, restore your serenity and have you springing into your day with more joy.
