Curious about learning different yoga pose variations using props? This free 5-day prop challenge will change the way you practice and teach yoga. 


Each day we'll concentrate on a different props and use it to explore proprioception, support, sensing qualities of asana and much more. Prop's aren't just to modify poses - they are so much more. Your practice and students will thank you. 


Classes range from 20 - 30 minutes so you can get a burst of prop learning in one sitting. Throughout the challenge you'll make new connections between your body and how props assist your learning and progress. 


You'll receive an email every day of the challenge to help encourage you to take a movement break and explore props!


If you don't have the suggested prop of the day that's okay! You can repeat with a prop from a previous day or use other similar items around the home.

⭐ Day 2 - Blankets (have 2-3)

⭐ Day 3 - Strap (1)

⭐ Day 4 - Bolster (1)

⭐ Day 5 - Chair (1 Folding chair preferable, but a kitchen chair, ottoman or a short, sturdy step stool will work too)
